Learn what we can offer your schools and communities
Our staff at Long Island P.R.E.P believes that prevention education programs that teach America’s youth about the dangers of illicit drug abuse can provide an invaluable service to our communities. Our local cities and towns have been hit hard by substance abuse and addiction for far too long. Through proactive, comprehensive and evidence-based education and prevention programs, we can systematically dismantle this crisis from its core. Long Island P.R.E.P offers the services and experience needed to eradicate substance abuse affecting families all over this country.

“My son Michael lost his life to a drug overdose on November 8, 2016. In high school, Michael was a star athlete in football, track and swimming. Drug addiction has no boundaries and doesn’t discriminate. My family and I believe that part of the problem is lack of education on the issue. In an effort to honor Michael’s memory and help others become aware of the dangers of drug addiction, we organized The Michael Sena Memorial Fund. Education on this issue has to be started at a young age and reinforced throughout the school years. Long Island P.R.E.P has embraced this challenge and are committed to helping fight this epidemic that is plaguing our society.” Barbara Sena - Mother of Opioid Overdose Victim Michael Sena
